[Resolved] Nobroker — Regarding fraud | |||
Hi i transferred 40k from my credit card and while paying they have not asked for any document but after payment i received email saying to upload document, i said i don't have document then i got confirmation that after deduction of 2% we will refund your money, again i called customer care i explained each and everything to one lady, simply i said why nobroker not asked after document at the time of payment it should be mandatory then she said i understand ok i will talk to my team you will get full refund. But after sometime i received mail saying your money is refunded after deduction of 2% this is fraud. My nrp-2539469. Was this information helpful? | |||
