[Resolved] Nobroker — registration not done | |||
They have taken an advance payment and promised me that the registration would be done in 5-7 days as the biometric machine is to be sent to haryana. It's been more than 15 days and they have not done anything. They have stopped replying to my mails and not answering my calls. They have failed multiple times after given commitments. The worst part is they don't call you and update about anything. You have to chase them and beg them to complete the process. They still dont it. Pathetic customer service. Would never try their service again and won't recommend this to anyone. Nobroker - my application number is nob_16766 for your reference. If you do not resolve this by tomorrow, i shall escalate further. Mr. Gupta, mr. Agarwal & mr. Garg, i am sorry to say, this company is nowhere near or moving towards your vision.
