Nobroker — Rent payment | |
Team I had made genuine payment of rs rs 57000 through nobroker.in account number is common for both rent and maintenance. I had also shared rent receipt with them issued in the past However they have arbitrarily deducted charges Sequence of events as follows: 1. Remitted rs 100 to check if system is functioning properly 2. Once confirmed attempted to remit actual rent of 57000 3. System didn't allow me to remit rent 4. Remitted through maintenance option (System did not stop me from making payment for same account through this option) Above information conveyed to shashikanth - customer service person today He mentioned that transaction will get executed today Spoke with usman who assured me that the matter will b resolved However they have refunded after deducting charges leading to inconvenience to me and landlord apart from monetary loss Please help No confirmation received so far Was this information helpful? | |

Verified Support Aug 05, 2020 NoBroker Customer Care's response Hi Shreekanth, we would like to inform you as the Rental Agreement was not provided by you so due to suspicious transactions we were unable to process your payment. Hence we have initiated the refund with the deduction of 2% as mentioned in our terms and conditions.
