Nobroker — Rent payment

I had made genuine payment of rs rs 57000 through nobroker.in account number is common for both rent and maintenance. I had also shared rent receipt with them issued in the past
However they have arbitrarily deducted charges
Sequence of events as follows:
1. Remitted rs 100 to check if system is functioning properly
2. Once confirmed attempted to remit actual rent of 57000
3. System didn't allow me to remit rent
4. Remitted through maintenance option (System did not stop me from making payment for same account through this option)
Above information conveyed to shashikanth - customer service person today
He mentioned that transaction will get executed today
Spoke with usman who assured me that the matter will b resolved
However they have refunded after deducting charges leading to inconvenience to me and landlord apart from monetary loss
Please help

they are super and wonderful in ensuring that they will not respond even after making multiple commitments to call or respond

someone from their office called up about 15 days back and mentioned that concerned team will resolve the problem- yet to happen
Not only that once again they have kept my rent payment for August on hold and will once again steal 3% from me; delay payment to landlord;
further they dont even come on line
exactly like a tech company with all response by computer

I have declared her PAN; i deduct tax at source and landlord declares the income in her tax return

that is not a resolution - it is not mandatory to have rent agreement further
i have shared rent receipt for past period
i have mentioned PAN of landlord
i deduct tax from rent payment
landlord declares rent receipt in her tax return

i have provided evidence of transaction not being suspicious viz. TDS Submitted to tax authorities
i have mentioned number of times that i do not have rent agreement apart from violation of privacy
your company holding my money is against RBI Guideline
