Nobroker Technologies — Unauthorized Credit Card transactions on VISA Amazon pay ICICI Bank Credit Card No. [protected] dated 29th March 2023.

This complaint is regarding the unauthorized transactions that took place using my ICICI credit card on 29th of March 2023 through NOBROKER TECHNOLOGIES.

The transaction mails/messages were as follows:-

First Transaction: @ 19:57
INR 24, 431.06 spend on ICICI Bank Card XX1017 on 29th Mar-23 at NO BROKER TECHNO, Avl Lmt:INR ******* @ 19:58
---****** is the OTP for your transaction of INR Rs. 24, 431.06 at NOBROKER TECHNOLOGIES on your ICICI Bank t Card ****. Valid for one time use. Do not share it with anyone.

Second Transaction : @19:58
INR 24, 431.06 spend on ICICI Bank Card XX1017 on 29th Mar-23 at NO BROKER TECHNO, Avl Lmt:INR ******* @ 19:58

I got mails from ICICI Bank Card alert too.
Please note that I have neither participated nor authorized the transaction that is mentioned above, The transaction took place completely without my knowledge and the card was in my possession at all times. I notified the bank immediately when I noticed the transaction mail/message and filed Cyber Crime Complaint on line about the e-fraud.
Kindly help me in this.
