Sir/Madam, This is to inform that AIMS MAX GARDENIA builder of Plot 7 Golf city Sec -75 is threatening encroaching the society residential land and creating commercial space. We resident are fighting for basis amenities of electricity and water but builder is taking undue advantage of extention granted by Noida Authority. Builder is now taking all means to commercialise every inch of society. please take note of same and provide guidance to builder . we are writing to UP CM and Noida DM informing the same .
