Dear sir/ madam, The garbage collecting van from noida authority is not collecting all the garbages. The van driver told me that he didn't collect garbage from our area. The garbage van number is UP 16 GT 8659. I clicked his van photo. I have a matress which is fully torn and can not to donated. The garbage collecting van attendants refused to take it. Also all the garbage bins near our house are now removed. Please advise what can i do now. It's responsibility of authority to collect all kind of garbage being disposed off.
