Hi Nokia Team,
I purchases an smart TV in Sept'21 and after first 5 months motherboard got damaged and a person took service charges and got it repaired. Again after 6 months the issue started persisting and screen was becoing black and I tried reaching out the customer support and a person came to my place again charged me visiting fees and told that the Pannel is damaged and needs to be replaced. I again tried reaching out to the customer support but was not getting any resolution and now its almost 2 months when I am getting an answer that uts out of warranty and nothing can be done. And if I want to get it repaired I need to Pay 80% of the product value which is around 16k.
My question is to the Nokia team that is the type of product being manufactured by Nokia where in the first 5 mnths Mother board gets damaged and after another 6 months Pannel is damaged.
Also the customer support is just pathetic, they dont listen to the concern instead try to make them more hyper without any resolution. Worst experience I had today qhile speaking to Kritika.
I am just uploading the invoice copy for your reference.
Expecting for some solution to it.
