Nokia India — charging port | |||
I have purchased nokia 6.1 plus four months ago from nokia web store[ digi life distribution & marketing services ltd. New delhi.110036 (Xld3)] but suddenly i have started facing charging issues so i submitted it to my nearest nokia care one month back but still now am waiting for the device whenver i visit the service centre i got the info. The device would come soon and whenever i communicated to the company executives through live chat they don't provide any correct information regarding the problem or the possible date of getting back my phone not only that the toll free customer care no.[protected] is not a valid number. Several times i have tried to contact through airtel and vodafone connection but i got the same answer that "the number you have diales is invalid, please check the number you have dialed"... Now i am thinking it was really a big mistake purchasing nokia phone. Was this information helpful? | |||
