Nokia India — continue charging problem after 3 times visiting nokia service center | |||
Sir, i took the nokia 6.1 handset in june 2018, which has imei no-[protected]. Two months after the charging problem began. After that i visited the nokia service center and there i was given the phone to change the data cable and i came back. My phone was not checked there. After that i went to the nokia service center again, my phone was submitted and after 15 days my mobile was given to me and it was said that your phone is now completely cured. I came back with a call. After that, the charging problem in my mobile was just fine. After that i went back to nokia care then there i was told that i had checked your phone and then how can i get a problem again and i was returned from there. Then i got complaint in the consumer forum and i have been told that you should mail to the nokia company and enter your problem in it and also enter your consumer complaint number. My consumer complaint no.-922058 So you request that my problem be eliminated as soon as possible and that my mobile can be completely fixed or replaced by new ones.
