Nokia India — defective new mobile nokia 3

I had purchased a new nokia mobile from ahuja electronics #2041, indra market m.l.a road, rajpura town vide bill no 717, dated[protected]. Model number is nokia 3 colour blackIMEI NO IS [protected] & [protected].
After a week phone is restarted and hanging when i connected it for charging. i go to nokia care and describe my problem they replied the software need to be update. I hold my phone with nokia care for 2 -3 days and when i got back my phone the problem could not be resolved. i request them again about the problem they checked it again and replied the some part of phone is not working properly and need to be replaced. i request you that kindly replace my phone with new one and resolve my issued as early as possible. copy of invoice is attached herewith for ur kind reference.
