Nokia India — defective nokia 150 phone replacement/ customer care | |||
I bought Nokia 150 in the month of August19 through Amazon, but after 1 month device key pad is not working.I called customer service and they instructed to return the defective device through courier. 2n Nov19 they received the phone but still today i have not got any update regarding when will i get my new replacement. I called several time to customer care but service is frustrating, they always want me to wait 24 hours to get the update, one week passed liked that but still they want me to wait another 24 hr to get update, which is not accepted. I spoke customer service manager Deepak & Manjeet but they are also equalliy pathetic. Also sent mail to [protected]@hmdglobal.com. Need to know when will i get my replacement device?
