Nokia India — delayed service in service center and bad customer service as well.. | |||
I bought nokia 6.1 plus device after around 2 month it started to disconnect charging i used it for 6 months but after that it was not even working so i submitted it at service center on july 5 and they said it will be repaired in a week i was not okay with it bcz 1 week is a long time for a repair but i finally gave them my device and after a week i called to service center they said it will take a more time we cant assure you how much it will take they said to talk to cust service i talked to them they are not able to answering me bcz they dont have answers they just wasting our time by saying we will update you nokia has no proper communication between service center and cust service both the person gave different answers its been almost more than a month but still i am calling them and the cust service guy named mohan i think was said me that we are not the technicians thats why we cant repair u speak with the service center Issue : charging port issue.
