Nokia India — faulty charging adapter from the box | |||
I bought Nokia 6.1 plus through flipkart on 14 Oct 18. The charging adapter was faulty from the box. I raised a jobsheet with Nokia service center. The target date was 30 Nov 18 for new charging adapter. Now it's been over 2 months, I am still do not have the adapter. Also, When contacted Nokia customer care I am getting false commitments. There is a case raised at Nokia still no response. I also, requested them that if the charging adapter can't be replaced then they should replace the entire box, so that I have a working device along with working charger, as the device is in warranty. Attaching the documents. Invoice OD[protected] Invoice of the Device IMG[protected]WA0003 - Jobsheet from Nokia Service Center IMG[protected]WA0004 - Has the ticket number that was provided by Nokia Customer care.
