Nokia India — I did not receive my refund from nokia

I have purchased nokia 6.1 plus from nokia.com. When i received it, fingerprint scan is not working. Went to service center to get it verified and returned it back to nokia. When nokia generated new order for me, i have contacted support chat team and cross verified that whether i can cancel the order or not. As per the technician's update i have cancelled the order within 4 hours.

Received cancellation confirmation email (Oct 25th, 2018) from "[protected]@nokiaphones.com" stating that i will receive my refund within a week time. Today it's dec 7th, 2018 no refund is received in my credit card. No matter how many emails or calls i do it. Customer support team says that they do not have refund policy only replacement policy. I have taken screenshots of chat conversation of support team and email that i got from noika both confirms that i'll get my money back. But so far nothing happened. Please help me...
