Nokia India — irresponsible response from customer care

In the 10 months i have purchased this mobile, it has been with the customer centre for almost 2 months. Several damages with the charging and display units of phone, still there is no proper response regarding the utility of phone.
And also the rude behaviour of the service members adds to that
The below attached photo is something that happened immediately the next day after changing the motherboard of the pho ne
