Incident - my newly brought mobile phone (Less than 24 hrs), slid through my hands. Height is less than a 1 feet. Then the mobile screen broke down. It should not happen. The height is less. Also the mobile fall slowly, not thrown. It just slid from my hands. The display quality is bad.

Resolution - i want refund or the new phone with better display quality.

I have nokia 6.1 plus i was buy this from flipkart on 14 october 2018 . now i had a problem with battery and heating.now i need to your suggestion what can i do.this problem is increasing day by day. i'm not playing games.
