Nokia India — nokia 5/ speaker problem

Dear sir,
I have purchased Nokia 5 from Mangal sales store Haldwani Uttarakhand in the month of may 2018. But very soon it started showing problem as in the mid of the cal voice from the other side don't reach to me and my voice also don't reach to the other side. Thus I have to disconnect the call always. Again and again the problem repeats.
I have submitted my phone for 2 times to Nokia service centre Haldwani, still problem continues.
Pls help as soon as possible.
