I have given my mobile to the authorized service center regarding charging port which is not working with jobsheet no:[protected]/190729/021 on dt.[protected]. They have give maximum of 2 weeks time replacement but till today i haven't received any call from service center which is already been 3 weeks. When i spoke to customer executive lat time he just hung up the phone talking very dude. This is very disappointing to see such a very bad behavior with service and executives as well. Being such a reputed company, its disgusting this behavior. I need immediate action on this or else a, going to raise this complaint to the next level.
