[Resolved] Nokia India — nokia 6 handset - missed alarm

I purchased nokia 6 online in september 2017 I found a strange and ridiculous feature of missed alarm. When i set an alarm i found no alarm is happening but i get a message missed alarm. Mar 21, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Company has not even taken cognizance of my complaint and immediately after uploading complaint message appeared 'mark as resolved' This is totally wrong. I have not received any phone call / email regarding attending complaint. i will suggest my friends that not buy this phone Prakash Kale Nokia India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Mar 21, 2018 Updated by Prakash_Kale as per the statistics provides besides this only 3% complaints are resolved out of 6900 complaints it seems that my complaint will also take ages to solve or will remain unresolved. Nokia will loose credibility.
