Nokia India — nokia 6/ touch not working | |||
Hi sir, I am writing to inform you about the faulty mobile phone that i have purchased in online store (Amazon) I am pavan. I am a regular customer of your company. On the 7th of sep 2017, i bought a brand new nokia 6 mobile. However, upon one week o[censored]sing it, problems started to appear. The touch is no longer working. Also, all apps and browsers are opened automatically. I was very surprised to discover such problems in quite an expensive model. And i went to the care they said it will take 8 days to resolve. I have purchased a Nokia 3 on 10 sept 2017 and its not 15 days the phone dispay is not working i am able to get the sound and if i touch the display it vibrates but it's black screen there is no physical damage on the entire phone, this is first time i have purchased from vijay sales .REALLY DISAPPOINTED !!!

Nokia phone users since 2007 at present we had four(4) Nokia hand sets fault two is on/off problem, two is panel of Nokia 2700.2730 all four costly phones when we purchase but know no use, I want nokia spare parts at hyd telangana in
