Invoice number # fabba[protected] Vide above invoice had purchased nokia 6.1 plus blue, 64 gb Warranty: brand warranty of 1 year. Within a period of 4 month this mobile started giving trouble. Accordingly had approached the local service centre "m/s janak communication, faridabad, haryana, india". They advised to first put the mobile off and then on it will be corrected and i did the same multiple times but it continued to give screen/display related trouble. I again went there second time and deposited the mobile to them for necessary correction. After few days they called and communicated me that a bent has been observed in its metal body and its repair cost would be approximately rs. 9000.00 i. E, more than its purchase price though its just 4 months old and its warranty is alive another 8 months. Accordingly have approached nokia customer care through telephonic conversation as also through mail. After having more than dozen e-mail conversations on [protected]@hmdglobal.com first mr. Vishal called and communicated his inability to help and later his superior mr ajay did the same. Now yesterday they wrote mail and forcibly closing my complaint and advising to pick up mobile from the service centre. My above mobile is still lying at the service centre "m/s janak communication, faridabad, haryana, india who time and again calling me to either take mobile back or pay the amount for repair. During conversation the cause for bent was stated as over charging. Even if it is true how a customer is at fault it may be due to lack of knowledge, which must be used by nokia as for their learning and give necessary feedback to their design/production team for future modification for new models. Thus instead of helping a loyal customer like me who uses nokia mobiles only your local team is irritating me by sending the same kind of negative mails time and again. Have already crossed my threshold limits. This team is also not providing me the id mail/ contact nu. Of their next level. Would request kindly look into my case and organise replacement of my above mobile with the new one or repair on free of cost within a week time as the above mobile is lying with the above service centre for more than last 20 days.
