Nokia India — nokia 6.1 plus | |||
I purchased a nokia 6.1 plus on 28th august 2018 that was delivered to me on 3rd september 2018. There was some issue with handset one is non working of finger print sensor and second is too much heating in handset. I mailed to nokia support regarding this and they suggest me to do some steps to check issue. I checked them but issue remained same after steps then i reply them but after that i didnt receive any reply on mail so i called on toll free number [protected] and describe them my issue. Team suggest me to go to nearby service center and get the device checked by service center executive. I did the same on 8th september 2018 and he also verify with customer support [protected] that the issue persisting even after software update at service center by nokia team and device needs to be replaced. Nokia support team gave me complaint number 518050 and assured me that in 24 hours your handset will be picked up and you will get a new device. Its 5 days now and no one support me regarding this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
