I have already registered the following complaint on https://www.nokia.com, on 11th sept 2018. But until now no any action is taken. Sir/madam, First of all, i want to thank you for providing such a nice mobile phone in the past. I still possess a nokia n8 and i am highly satisfied with the same. Then i waited long for your android phone but then i had to purchase moto g3 in february 2016 as there was no android mobile from nokia by that time. Now only my moto g3 has got a little issue of fast discharging. And i heard a lot about nokia 6.1 plus. I purchased it as i was already a fan of nokia. But, believe me, it's speaker quality is very poor; and as suggested by you (I raised a return request on nokia.com in less than 24 hours on 11th sept 2018 and in response, i was suggested to follow some instructions), i tried to do all the steps but there is no change. Then i searched for some videos on youtube and found that almost every person is talking negatively about its speaker and battery. You know, that i have reported in less than 24 hours that its speaker and battery both are not good, especially the speaker's volume is very low during calls, i have tried calling in speaker mode as well as in normal mode; in both the cases, the sound quality is simply intolerable. I can't use the phone except inside the house where i prefer to use the landline. See, i have purchased it because of my past faith that nokia phone must be good and in case of any problems they have mentioned to take it back. One more thing, do you think that you have earned from me whatever you could for my whole life; now you don't want that i should ever think of nokia. See i teach people from all walks of life right from school students to ias, ips officers, lawyers, engineers, doctors, managers (I have attached a photograph of my class). Don't you think that it will be quite harmful for your organization if you simply don't take your mobile back and give the refunds? I have purchased hundreds of items from amazon, but have never faced a single time any such problem that i had to write such a letter to them for creating returns. That's why they grow; don't you believe that one customer lost may be a loss of many hundreds. If i circulate one whatsapp message to all my students about the same, can you imagine what may be the impact? See i am a busy person, i can't visit your service center (As suggested by your team).
