Nokia India — nokia 6.1 plus | |||
I bought a Nokia 6.1 plus set on 29th October of 2018 now just within three months there had been issue with my handset. I am a resident of Malda town in West Bengal, India. So, I went to the Nokia service centre in my town. They examined the phone and told that there is a problem with the chsarging board they gave me a waiting time of 10 days which ends today so i called them now they are informing me that the work has not been done yet they are demanding one more week. What kind of service is this?? First of all the I am facing problem with the set in only three months still I kept my patience now the service centre is not giving proper service. Please do something or give me money back. These are the documents regarding the issue. Almost 48 hours passed still no proper response from Nokia. So, I just lodged a complaint against Nokia mentioning all the information also I sincerely mentioned that Nokia is selling those products in market of which parts are not available.
