Nokia India — nokia 6.1 plus denied warranty for faulty usb-c type charging port. | |||
My Nokia device had a recurring charging port problem. The phone needs to be titled upwards to charge from the port and then again it takes too long to charge completely. I got it fixed once but then it returned after 4 months. The service centre denied my warranty saying its liquid damage, even though I never had any accident with water or otherwise. The only issue with my phone is the charging port and nothing else and the same issue is widespread with multiple Nokia Device owners, and therefore, a manufacturing flaw. All I ask the company/service centre is to resolve that issue under my warranty and not to make me pay more for something I'm not to be blamed for.
