Nokia India — Nokia mobile phone battery is not working.

I purchased a nokia mobile battery on 14.07.2016 from Nikki General Store shop no 37 Pallav Towers Pallavpuram Phase 2 Meerut vide bill no 11852/14.07.2016. Battery no is [protected] 2680:0670796. It was told that battery is guaranteed for one year. The battery is not working since 19/12/2016. I contacted to service centre at[protected] with Mr Kaushik who behave rudely and refused to tell full name.Please replace the battery.

Sir my mobile is Nokia Microsoft purchase in 1 year back.problem with mobile is not working we have visited koramangala branch (brother visit) people is told it water enter in mobile actually my mobile is using in only smooth condition.but 2300 amount is big amount.
