Dear sir/madam,

I was purchase a mobile nokia n5 rs. 13700/- dated 14.11.17 (9:30pm) that mobile has heating problem, i called to dealer and inform about that problem but he said to me visit nokia care and provide me a deo letter to change hand set, now i visit nokia care he said to me we are not issuing deo letter for heating problem this is a compaany policy but i want to change this mobile because of this mobile is dangerous for my family so i request you to please contact nokia and provide us deo letter to change this mobile.
