Myself-Dr.BINEESH PRAKASH from Trivandrum, Kerala, India. I was using NOKIA LUMIA 625 (bought in July-August 2014---- warranty till July 2015). It suddenly stopped working on 13th December while I was hearing music. On 19th December 2014 my brother took the phone to NOKIA CARE in KARAMANA TRIVANDRUM KERALA. After checking they told him the phone is not having any problem. They told him to put the phone for full charging and switch on after that, so that it will work normally. We tried it at home-No signs of charging, not even able to switch on. The very next day (20th December 2014), I took the phone back to same NOKIA CARE, KARAMANA, TRIVANDRUM, KERALA.This time, the technician told me that the MAIN BOARD of the phone is damaged because of short circuit.HE told me that- they will send the phone to nokia main centre for main board repairing.He also told me that if they are not able to repair it, the company will replace my phone with a new one. The total time period he asked for this was 2 weeks. I agreed and gave the phone. Today (5th January 2015), one employee called me from NOKIA CARE KARAMANA and told me to go there and collect the phone (without repairing) as I have not collected the same even after repeated requests. She told me to take back the phone as early as possible as they will have accounts problem during AUDITING. This provoked me as they were calling me for the first time since I gave the phone there. I pointed out this matter. After 1 hour she called me back and said that I have to pay Rs.1500 for repairing the Main board. I was confused. I contacted the MANAGER-Mr.REGUNATH, NOKIA CARE KARAMANA, TRIVANDRUM over phone and decided to meet him in person. I went over there today and met Mr.REGUNATH. Now he explained me an entirely different story. He said My phone's back case was having a scratch (a pin head size area worn away) and so Microsoft / Nokia wont repair my phone's main board under warranty. He wanted me to replace that back case by paying Rs.1500, so that nokia will repair my main board under warranty. After hearing all this , I decided to take away and throw the phone to my dustbin. Because of this utter nonsense and worst customer care of NOKIA/MICROSOFT, I WON'T BUY A NOKIA/LUMIA PHONE in future. NOKIA/MICROSOFT MOBILE CARE in KARAMANA, TRIVANDRUM, KERALA- the worst nokia care...

I think the same thing happened to Dr. Bineesh Prakash is going to be happen in my case too. My name is AJESH.S. Nokia care job sheet number 12548. In my case it was a simple volume button and sensor complaint. On 21 st December 2014 I took my phone (Nokia Lumia 525) to Nokia care karamana, Thiruvananthapuram. They told me that since the phone is under warranty cover it will take 10 days. After 10 days they are saying that the phone is off to Bangalore for repairing. The again told me to wait for another 14 working days. Now it is the 17 th working day and they have no idea about the status of the phone. They told me to wait till some response from Bangalore based servicing agency. Fed up with the very irresponsible behaviour of Nokia care personnel's. I will never buy any nokia/Microsoft product in future. And to the present nokia users don't give your nokia phone to karamana nokia care.
