Nokia — No response from Nokia on claiming warranty

I bought nokia mobile and it has an issue with the speaker within 3 months . I asked nokia for the warranty (repair/replacement). And im speaking with customer care for more than a month . But their response is same. They are always sending the mail like "wait for sometime". Very worst response ever. I have a mail communication with more than 35 replies with the same content "wait for sometime".
