The purchase made on 25/12/2019 within a month TV started reporting the screen blackout issue. Issue was reported to Nokia / Flipkart. Nokia engineers reseted the TV to default and request us to keep it under observation. Within a month's same issue was reported .Then in March Lockdown imposed due to Covid-19 hence technician did not visit due to lockdown by the time the default warranty expired. Luckily we had an extended warranty. Then we reported the issue to Nokia and they requested to report it to their support partner Jeeve. We reported issues on Jeeve multiple times. They attended and replaced the main board but the issue was not resolved. Almost every month we report the issue but the issue is not resolved.
This is a manufacturing defect as per the review provided by other customers hence I would request to replace the product with a good item or provide a refund. I can share my Invoice copy if needed Was this information helpful? |
