I have given for service from nokia ebuilder site https://nokia.ebuilder.com
on May 14th it was showing created and i opt for taking my product from home. After a week ecomm express has picked up my phone https://ecomexpress.in/tracking/?awb_field=[protected] this was the tracking ID after some two days it was showing the phone is delivered in service centre. This i can track in my nokia ebuilder website now two weeks over everyday i will send mail to [protected]@hmdglobal.com to understand the status past two weeks i am getting only one reply . Now they are not replying to my mail aswell.
i am understanding that my phone got lost. Otherwise they would have given an update.nowadays they are not giving me reply aswell.I am really frustrated and stressed sending mails and not getting replys. Attaching same repeated mail i got till 31th May2022 from support team. Also enclosing my order number[protected] OrderNo:**65300
