Nokia — Nokia service centre visakhapatnam not responding very bad

Sir i visited nokia service center on 06/3/2020. The problem mobile handset is touch voice problem and automatic switch off. And 2 nd time we visited in nokia service centre 28/5/2020. The mobile was in last 9 days it was in nokia service store.
I am not received in my phone any phone call from nokia service centere visakhapatnam
