Nokia — Purchased Led tv on dated 29th July 2021 installation done in August with in 1 month my led tv is spoiled given deflected product

Sir/ Madam,
I had booked led tv on 29th July with a month it had been spoiled Nokia LED TV (43TAFHDN) has been registered with Jeeves (Case ID: Ending with UEQDHB9).
Now more than 1 week has passed there is no tv to watch now delivery will be given on Tuesday and after installation person will take 3 to 4 days for installation I request you for refund of my money.Bcoz Nokia product and service Day by day becoming bad.
