Nokia — Repeatedly asking for video of complain

I brought Nokia 105 dual sim phone through Amazon.in on 19/01/22. I made the complain to Nokia customer care for malfunctioning of phone. Phone shows the signal bars but we cannot make calls and caller gets the notification that phone is either switched off or out of coverage area.
I have provided all relevant documents and details to customer care but they are asking for video of complain which I have sent twice.
I am not here to do their job. Their product is faulty and they must take the pain.
