Sir. I'd [protected]. I am presently staying in visakhapatnam city. I am using electric for 15-20 days only in a year when I am going to bihar. In 2 and half years I have used only 019 units. This reading sent to nbpdcl on 26 June 2018. But I have already paid rs. 3460 till to date without using electric.
