North Bihar Power Distribution Company [NBPDCL] — about the wrong electricity bill and negligence of nbpdcl bihar staffs | |||
My consumer no - [protected] and myself lalan kumar singh at post - pithaura narpatganj. Since june or july of this year i am trying to understand about my bill and i have gone many times at my near electricity department which is narpatganj, forbesganj, araria. Generally they said your bill contain to much fault like lake of reading problem. Sometimes in any month i got much amount of bill and sometimes less. They said you have to change your electric meter after that we will settle your bill. I also complaint at nbpdcl tall free no but day by day i did not get any response. My bill is increasing regularly without any cause and less use of electricity. I am living in rural area and i am a farmer. I don't have enough knowledge about bill and others. Neither they give bill every months nor take reading. From top level to bottom i went and talk to them many times. Nothing is happening. They don't change my meter or always make pressure to pay bill without any proof. Kindly do something i am very helpless and i can not give bribe under there pressure.
