-your dept has sent me dec 2017-january 2018 reading of 1613 unit while normally unit consumption in my home was b/w 400-500unit/month
-i have complaint regarding reading error of meter and requested dept to make correction.
-department has assured me that we r working on it on the basis o[censored]r complaint whose patrank no. Is 132 date : 01/02/2018 after 10 days of hard effort.
-they told me that it will take 10 days to address the problem and after 10 days when i visited dept they told me it will take further 10 days and lastly after multiple time of 10 day interval visit on 20/04/2018 they issued the judgement on their own conscience w/o verification of meter that as meter is giving correct reading now so their was no any jump in meter reading.
-surely i have raised objection on his conscience then they r telling me the procedure that 1st consumer have to take a coupon of rs-590 to verify the meter
- again i have taken the coupon by paying 590 rupees on 21/04/2018 and department assured me that within a week ur new bill will released after lab testing of meter.
-a week has passed, no one visited to test the meter but surely they sent new bill of amount 14336 with warning of power supply cut.
I am attaching the relevant documents kindly see the issues on urgent basis. And plz think about people of state too. Kindly develop easy mechanism to address such kind of problems for at least those who are even unable to address their concern in front of you. Kindly nab the corrupt officials and plz don't waste the time of people unnecessarily in such kind of irrelevent issues. Their time can make something good for state's economy.
