Sir/madam my consumer no is[protected]{avinash kumar ray} my meter established in the month of june 2020 i have raised complain for new meter connection in the month of march 2020 complain no is [protected] dated 2/3/20 but my light bill is aggregated since november 2019. How it is possible bill before meter fixing. So please correct my first excess light bill and also waive interest imposed, so that i can pay genuine light bill
