Sir, we are facing a serious low voltage problem for the last one week. Some minutes of good output is repeated by long hours of low voltages with fluctuations which is badly affecting our day to day life and damage of electric items.. The problem persist to all phase in our location. Request you to kindly look into the matter on most priority and resolve it. Bill paid to nbpdcl is completely worthless in this current service.. Meter not Working its Running very fast when Main Switch are Stop its running automatically, like that motor are running, Line man say to je but its not short out .
