1st complain- Respected sir, my consumer no is [protected] and linked mobile number [protected]. I am residing in rural area with less consumption of home utility electricity appliances and a minimum and maximum unit consumed by 85 unit (January 20) and 239 unit (July 20) respectively in a whole month, since last 12 month but I am quite surprised to see my last bill of 31.08.20 for Rs 2309/- (after adjusting Govt subsidy, actual amount Rs 4328) for 640 unit utilization in a month (30.07.20 - 8150 unit, 31.08.20 - 8790 unit), which is totaly wrong as per my utility. Furthur, only in 3 days, today on 03.09.20 I have seen 100 unit plus ( meter reading 8890 unit) as per meter, how it is possible within a normal use thats why I am filing a complain to please check whether meter is malfunctioning/fast and fix it please. Sir, being a farmer, August bill of Rs 2309 is very hard to pay and if prompt action not taken, September bill will be very high due to wrong reading by meter. So It is requested to look into matter as soon as possible. Thank you sir. 2nd complain- When I try to register complain on nbpdcl website, they show invalid CA number whereas other services like bill view/pay using same consumer number is getting done. Furthur I have tried for user registration but that got also failed stating same reason. Toll free number also not working. Please fix it. Was this information helpful? | |
