North Bihar Power Distribution Company [NBPDCL] — meter defect and problem is not resolving even after many months and electricity bill provide threatening about overcharging asking for bribe.
The meter is defected and showing wrong units. However complaint has been made at power house regarding this long ago but still it has not been corrected. Today after 3-4 months again some electricity bill provider came and thretened about over charging but i am paying the bill online each month regularly whatever the bill is being provided by the company online. I tried complaining through official website but that's also not working as when i tried to submit it appears i choosed the wrong section however that is correct. Kindly do the needful.
