North Bihar Power Distribution Company [NBPDCL] — overcharged bill

Dear sir,
I live in manganpur village, district - vaishali, feeder - bhagwanpur, i found that my present bill is overcharged. It is very shocking that when my billing is under 100 unit then however it comes for 4179, 3576, 4124, and 2872 units in a month. It is very disappointing that government persons are doing such things and harass common people. Please correct them as soon as possible otherwise we can't able to pay any amount.
