Dear sir i wanted to say that there was a big trouble with us regarding the incorrect final bill produced by department without giving us bill physically and there is metro problem also but they have generated wrong final bill. I am shocked and tense that my previous months bill has came about rs 563 and all around rs600 every month. But at the month of jan 2019 they have generated rs 4373 which is unbelievable for us. We have all same less consumption every month. So i request you to please take a legal action regarding the concern department of my village and solve the problem of my final incorrect bill. So that i can pay the genuine amount as soon as possible. We have hope in you regarding this. We have complained several times at office, the problem is ignored by concerned electricity office and they are not sending any of their staffs for checking the problem at my home. Help us.
