Bttbpl-194 Consumer id [protected] Division - madhubani Sub division benipatti/1112 Section bisfi/11123 Sir This is to inform you that, i am a very poor person and my husband is died on 14.02.2017 and i have no any income, After that i received one electric bill of rs.22742/- bill month july 2017-aug 2017. I don, t know how can this amount is due, then i visit benipatti office and take a printout of the bill and find that my name is wrong in the bill and meter number is not mentioned, then i ask your person to check, then he told me please consult your area je for updation of meter number, after that i visit to je and taken a receipt for updation of meter number, & submit that receipt in benipatti office with perfect id proof for correction of my name also. I also complain online for give me discount in bill for pay my outstandings, but sir discount of rs.6163/- has given by him, but i am not able to pay 16352/- balance of hudge amount. Sir, at present i am very bad situation & i have no side income except agriculture productions. So you are requested to kindly rebate me at least 50% to 75% in the bill and update my meter number i. E 200367 and my correct name is bijul devi Please sir kindly do the needful in my favour & reply me all updation.
