North Bihar Power Distribution Company [NBPDCL] — Wrong bill and wrong address- Consumer no[protected]

Address:

Vidyut Bhawan, Bailey Road, Patna, Patna District, Bihar-800001

All my family members are leaving in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. None of my family members are living in the house. I am using only 8w cfl bulb on the varandah. I have received a bill of Rs. 454. The meter reading was shown 139 unit. How is it possible?

One more blunder mistake by electricity department;

Darbhanga
Contat no. [protected]
Which has been correctly shown in Meter installation slip.

But in billing, the address and mobile no is shown wrongly;

PANCH-BALIGAON,
BLOCK-BAHERI
DIST-DARBHANGA, [protected]

Please rectify the problem.
