Hi NBPDL, My consumerID- "[protected]". My electric meter is running fine and No one is coming to take the meter reading at my house and I'm getting average bill payment notification on regular interval. Once i have paid RS 510/- and then again last month i received Average bill amount of RS 667/- so, didn't pay the bill and i called the person who is taking meter reading today and he has generated the bill from the starting of my connection. which shows current reading-11(first reading). And the bill shows new bill amount and the remaning average (which is 667). Which means you are asking me to pay (510+667=1177) extra. So, i request you to correct the bill and punish your reading taker and improve this process ASAP. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |||
