1. I am consumer of North Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd. and my consumer ID is [protected]. Wrong electric meter reading and bills made by representative of office of North Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd. for the month of Apr and May 18. Both bill shows: Apr 18 current reading 140 units, previous reading 0 units. Same in May 18 also Current reading 147 units, previous reading 0 units. Bill has made of total reading of meter 140 units and 147 units in both month respectively. Already Billing amount of total meter reading 107 units has been paid in monthly bills till Mar 18. 2. I have approach to local authority and customer care of North Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd. and lodge the complaints through NBPDCL customer care vide complaints ID:[protected] dated 06 May 18 about wrong meter reading of Bill for the month of Apr and May 18.Correction in my bill not made till date. 3. I have regularly contacted to customer care, local billing authority, office of AES Jaynagar, ESE Jaynagar, GM Jaynagar and EEE Madhubani. I have received too many times SMS from customer care that ‘’your problem has been resolved”. But fact is Bills not corrected till date. I have also sent complaints on E-mail ID (md.[protected]@gmail.com) of Managing Director, North Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd. Dated 09 Jun 18, 30 Jun 18 and 29 Jul 18.
