Today (Date of the incident), few individuals from nesco had come around 11:30 am in the morning. They were mostly jes. They were asking electricity bill. It was not clear which electricity bill they were asking for, as we have three separate meters installed. And since my father was in bathroom, i asked them to wait as i am not aware which meter on whose name. They had been waiting for 30 mins and they keep on ringing bell. Later they went from here angrily and right after they cut our electricity connection.
When we called someone from the office, that guy said as we have not paid electricity bill that's why they cut the connection.
Among the 3 meters we have, one is in dispute. That meter was not working properly and my father had raised complaint against it. And there was new meter installed.
That je guy who had come to our home did cut the electricity connection of main meter instead of the the dispute one which seems illogical.
They cannot cut electricity without informing us like that and even if they had to cut they should have done for the one, which they had come to receive bill payment.
It is completely unethical behaviour by the nesco employees towards their customers by disconnecting electricity for 6 long hours and the way they speak to the customers is really low-class. These employees only wanted to harass us and nothing else. Later onwards they took money from us simply to give our connection back.
