Nova University Germany — refund my money

I had applied in nova university berlin
And after offer letter, i paid 1000 euros
And due to some conditions i couldn't get visa appointment because it's process is very different
And i couldn't forward my process
Now i wanted to refund my money back
It's 550 euros they will refund and other amount they will cut
But they r excusing me again and again
