[Resolved] Nownaukri.com — Unethical, fake & fradulant business | |||||
On october 30, 2015 i had received a call on my mobile from mr. akash mukerjee an employee of nownaukri.com, saying that they had got my resume from naukri.com & they have few hot job openings suiting my profile from the companies itc, p&g, amazon. he said that they have direct contact with these company recruiters & these openings shall get closed in a week. further he stated that these companies had reviewed my profile and are interested to interview me. Mr. akash mukerjee later transferred the call to his senior mr. sachin sharma (recruiter, delhi regional manager) nownaukri.com who had brain washed & pressured me to make series of online payment for an amount of inr xx, xxx/- stating that this is required as per the companies requirement for profile completion & to provide return confirmation to the mentioned companies for interview. It’s been more than 2 months now & i haven’t received any update from mr. sachin sharma or mr. akash mukerjee or any of the nownaukri team with respect to the mentioned job openings. Further, i had been doing a daily following call (3 to 4 times) with nownaukri starting from 31 oct 2011 to till date to know the status of my payment for the shared job openings but haven’t received any response. I had demand nownaukri to do complete refund of my amount. but no response. — For the benefit of those who are victim of nownaukri.com business conduct do not waste your time, effort, money doing followup with the call center team.in stead do format the details about your case & share the details to the mentioned mail ids. There is no action on my complaint till date. What I get as reply to my complaint is "We regret the inconvenience caused."
Whatever details shared to me from Mr. Sachin Sharma & Mr. Akash Mukerjee seems to be completely fake & fradulent.
I am writing mails & making calls to the entire team of nownaukri, Why there isn't any concrete action taken on this case ?
None of the senior officials have taken up this case seriously. It's been more than 3 months & some of the people at nownaukri are requesting for time & informing me that some of the details shared to me were incorrect.
How can the company officials do such a bigger mistake & troubling the customer all these days ?
All the senior officials of nownaukri are completely unprofessional & are looting customers money.
Have tried reaching the legal team of nownaukri, even they are not responding to the issue.

Despite mulitple followups, none of the NowNaukri team is serious about the customer issue. It seems NowNaukri is just looting customer money by providing fake company job requirement details & not en-cashing their hard earned money.

It's really disappointing & frustrating that none of the NowNaukri officials have gone thru the details of the issue shared by me. Once in a while someone calls & claims to be calling from NowNaukri complaints team, verification team, escalation team & they just ask what is the issue ? No further action is taken.
Don't they read mails & understand what went wrong & who was responsible? Why should the customer suffer for the company mistake?
I even asked them to go thru the call recordings & understand what had been spoken by the NowNaukri officials to me. In case there are no such records at your end, please do let me know I would share all the call recordings with date, time, person details so that NowNaukri management can understand the issue with clarity & do the justice.
Even in one of the call, NowNaukri employee himself is claiming that the NowNaukri has shared some wrong details with respect to job openings in the initial call done on 31 Oct 2015 & for which till date I had to incur huge loss of money, waste of time, effort & mental peace.
NowNaukri claims that's its genuine but I had been asking few of the below questions many a times for which there is no answer...and only answer spoken is "AS PER THE COMPANY POLICY WE CAN'T SHARE"
What is the registered address of NowNaukri?
Who is the MD & CEO of NowNaukri?
Why is it that none of the invoice generated by NowNaukri doesn't carry the Billing Address, Service Tax No., CIN, TAN of the company?
Where is the policy which states that company can't share any details to customer queries?
NowNaukri claims that they is no guarantee of job placement/interview on the other hand the NowNaukri employees (Sales/Recruitment personal) out rightly say to customer that they will take the guarantee of job placement & speak the words of trust, faith & end up doing unethical business?
